Amen to that...Hence the need to read without rest. Which reminds me, I've got this great book, so if you'll excuse me...

Ah yes to read good books. I just finished a really good book just this morning. Lord of the Flies by William Golding. It's the story of a group of British boys who get stranded on an island and just how quickly they turn into, for lack of a better word, savages. Boys who only wish to hunt and kill. I highly recomend it.

I forgot to post this: If books are not good company, where will I find it? -Mark Twain
There are many sorts of books; but god ones are the sort for the young to read. -Mark Twain

That is the truth! I haven't be reading a lot of before now. After I took the time to read some of the required reading books at school I felt more enlightened. Did I mention they were really good books?

This quote is so true! I haven't been reading a lot until a couple of weeks ago. I got one of the required reading books from a list at school. I was sucked into it and it only took me 3 days to read. Last week I got another book and it also took me 3 days to read. I feel so enlightened. Did I mention they were really great books? I just realized that I put the wrong date on my last comment.
God Bless!

Thanks Tessie! You're doing a great job of reading the archives, just remember that you can critize the posts too.

Also, I'm very interested, what books did you read? Please share your findings with the class.
