I believe that they are called "Great White Sharks" because the name "Freaking-Huge, Cold Blooded, Giant Seal Eating Machine" just doesn't sound official enough.
I love Planet Earth! And not just the TV show. I think we've talked about this before. It's so cool how God uses something not necessarily directly about him but that is good and true art reflecting true things. Let's have a "Planet Earth" party someday this summer. We have the BBC version but its just as good. By the way, what happened to the Grateful Tuesday posts? I miss them.
Mr. Knight! You are one hard fellow to track down. I must speak promptly with you.
But you are indeed right, because Planet Earth is the culmination of all great documentaries. It is the big kahuna. It is the top dog (or shark). It's crazy awesome, and crazy scary, too. I don't know if I want to pay a visit the bottom of the ocean any time soon.

Oh! Poor little seals!
My favorite part is when all the seals are swimming and jumping in the water. Very pretty.
Also: They should be called Great Half-White Sharks. I've always wondered why they are called white.
Holy Shark Feast, Batman!

But don't take my word for it.

Those are amazing shots of the shark! It must have been really hard to capture those.
